Our hotel is in 20 minutes of walking from the main street - Lenin Avenue. In a pair of quarters from the hotel there is a railway station (Tomsk-I) and the central bus station.

The hotel was constructed according to the individual project and in 2004 was renovated. It has 14 standard single rooms, 2 "deluxe" rooms and 1 apartment. All rooms are equipped up to the modern standards - comfortable furniture, bathroom with shower, Satellite TV, Internet access, air-conditioner, refrigerator, telephone and hair-dryer.
